Gigs and news stuff…

Hey hey everybody, welcome to all the new blog readers…
Just thought i’d do a little update and whats been happening lately. First of all, i’ve had some very cool gigs recently, the past two nights i’ve been supporting Jamie Scott, there was great show at 93 Feet East in London on weds then up to manchester last night to play at Dry Bar, London was great, good crowd and it was a fun show, I enjoyed Manchester, even tho it was raining and very cold, even inside the venue! Also this week, i was lucky enough to get my hands on a guest pass to see Coldplay at the NIA in Birmingham, thanks to the management! Sadly i missed the supportsd which i was keen to see as my name was thrown in the hat to be one of them! Obviously, i didn’t get it, maybe next year! Coldplay were spot on, i almost forgot how many great songs they have done, Clocks especially sounded amazing and the actualy shows was great too, they went to the back of the auditorium about half way through the set to do a little acoutic thing, Chris sang Green Eyes then Will did a cool little kinda country song on his own which was good, all in all a great gig, well worth it.
Oh, i got some news about the long awaited forthcoming debut album! I am going into Dean Street Studios just before Xmas to do a demo of Like My Father Said with the band, if all goes well then we will be back in there all throughout January to record 15 tracks in total, 10 or 12 of which will be on the album, exciting!
